Kolkata City NUHM Society will engage the following personnel as mentioned below for its Urban Primary Health Centers in Kolkata City area purely on contractual basis. Name of the Post: Community Health Assistant (Urban) Female only.
Essential Qualification:
Must have passed ANM course from an institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the District for which application is made.
OR
Must have passed GNM course from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the District for which application is made.
Age as on 1st January 2022 not less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as per Memo No. HFW -
27038/57/2018/323 dt. 05.05.2022 as per order of Executive Director WB SH & FW Samiti. (Age relaxations will be given for reserved category candidates as per extant Govt. Norms).
Remuneration: 13,OOO/-(thirteen thousand only) per month.
Mode of Selection & Panel for engagement:
On the basis of marks obtained on basic qualification a panel will be prepared for engagement as per rule. Selected candidate will be taken from the panel and if vacancy arises following resignation of Community Health Assistant (Urban) the panel be utilised for filling up the vacant posts

700013, The sealed envelope should be submitted in the drop box in front of room no 254 2nd floor of CMO Bldg.
The date and time of subrriission of application :- (excluding holidays): from 10.08.2022 to 20.08.2022. time 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), Saturday: 11:00 am - 2:00pm. No application will received by post/courier. No application will received in drop box after 20.08.2022.
After scrutiny of the selected candidates will be uploaded in our website.

The General Information for the Applicants I Candidates may be as follows:
• Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled.
• Following documents (self attested) needs to be submitted along with the attached application format.
a) Photo proof identity card(Passport or Voter ID or Aadhaar Card or Pan Card)
b) Proof regarding permanent residential status of the District applied for, which should be dul attested by a Gazette Officer or Group "A" Officer of the State Government. (Voter ID card/Ration card).
c) The age proof certificate like admit card / School leaving certificate issued by West Bengal Board of
Secondary Education or Similar Board.
d) Caste Category Certificate (if any). In case of OBC candidates category "A" of "B" must be mentioned specifically in the caste certificate otherwise the candidate will be treated in "Unreserved category".
e) Marksheets and passed certificate of Madhyamik and ANM/GNM examination.
f) Self attested copy of the ANM/GNM Registration Certificate.
g) No rounding off of marks will be granted. Proportionate marking upto 2 decimal points will be considered.,
h) The decision of the competent authority regarding the engagement will be final.
i) The Kolkata City NUHM Society reserves the right to change/modify any/all of the above conditions.
